Purpose

  • upgrade androidx.core from 1.3.0 to 1.13.0, update Jetpack compose.material from 1.2.0 to 1.12.0, upgrade other Jetpack components and other dependent Java libraries accordingly.
  • remove all SMS permissions(control an app's ability to send, receive, and read SMS messages) in the customized blankj library to strictly follow the principle of "minimum permissions' and EU's GDPR.
