it was previously based on a version between 0.21.0 and 0.21.1 which wasn't released took from thiagoelg/kie-tools@64573fa#diff-b5a72e9d5a19f8f494bf6d6141ff980dae011b1af78d4f27c172ba565284e61f
it remains 2 packages (@kie-tools-core/webpack-base and @kie-tools/build-env) which are not released forwhich we will need to modify the dev-webapp/webpack.config.js to get rid of these dependencies
this is not supported and nto needed in Kaoto codebase.
kaoto-archive/kaoto-ui#681 is merged and available
