- Update get-started and troubleshooting with OAuth (recommended) and App Password options - Clearly state that OAuth is available from v3.0.0 in all languages - Update platform-specific get-started-for-* pages with v3.0.0 note and link to main guide - Add OAuth info box to troubleshooting; clarify Login Issues as App Password method - Add Sign in section to de/get-started.md (was missing)
