Run HTA:
HTA.exe --config "C:\Users\WX193\Desktop\HTA\parameter.txt"
Files:
The pnovo_file.zip contains various enzymatically digested de novo peptide tables generated using the pnovo program.
homo_table.zip contains homology probability tables for the variable regions of antibodies.
