draft but this cli app will consist of 3 things
bsp that is each of the component: pid.init, hardware init, hc05, etc. we can honestly just combine everything into one but i think it's easier to have a BSP class and then iniitally it's more clean and structure
the cli send the command to the mcu based on the push button
force the hc05 to sending stuff back into our terminal or serial YAT or putty
