Code Review

This pull request significantly improves the structure and clarity of the README.md file, making it much easier for new users to get started. The documentation is now better organized with a logical flow, from 'How It Works' and 'Getting Started' to a comprehensive 'Reference' section for more advanced topics. I've added a couple of suggestions to resolve a minor inconsistency in documented startup times and to improve internal navigation, but overall this is an excellent update to the documentation.

Note: Security Review has been skipped due to the limited scope of the PR.
