Adds Manifold-BT to the list of alternative Python backtesting frameworks.
Manifold-BT is a Rust-powered engine with a fluent Python DSL: strategies compile to a vectorized expression graph, then a sequential pass simulates fills, fees, slippage and funding, with Monte Carlo, walk-forward and parameter sweeps. Actively maintained, pip-installable, wheels for Linux/macOS/Windows (Python 3.9+).
Placed in the active list, next to the other Rust/Python entry.
