Looks messy and adds clutter to desktop notification history. I think most other apps that have an option to start minimized don't notify the user on each startup.

This is a very opinionated PR to fix a problem that personally I found annoying! Maybe others do too.
I have removed the notification "Whatsie started minimized in system tray. Click to Open." To me, it looks messy and adds clutter to desktop notification history. I think most other apps that have an option to start minimized don't notify the user on each startup.
