If there is a need to copy the resources within some directory instead of the root inside jar, the only option at present is to create those directories inside each one of the environments and place the files inside. This is needlessly complicates the directory structure in src/main/environments.
The code in this pull request introduces another configuration parameter called targetPath. The resource files for each environment are copied to the directory specified in targetPath.
NOTE: This pull request also includes changes from #25, #26 .
