This PR contains only generic fixes for the upstream dh-p2p project.\n\nChanges:\n- make PTCP receive acknowledgements handle sequence wraparound and remote offsets without moving backwards\n- distinguish packets that reuse a message ID but have different bodies\n- avoid counting retransmitted packets twice\n- accept provisional P2P HTTP responses while waiting for the final response\n\nValidation:\n- cargo fmt --check\n- cargo test (4 passed)\n\nDeployment-specific GCP recorder, camera credentials, resource names, and notification code are intentionally excluded from this public branch.
