Bump Node.js version from 23 to 24 in .nvmrc and GitHub Actions workflow files for build and test. Ensures consistency across local and CI environments.
Bumped the 'cookie' dependency from 0.6.0 to 1.0.2 in package.json and package-lock.json to ensure compatibility with newer Node.js versions and address potential security or feature updates.
Migrates notification system from svelte-french-toast to svelte-sonner across all relevant Svelte components. Updates dependencies in package.json and package-lock.json, removes svelte-french-toast and adds svelte-sonner. Also adds notification test buttons in debug settings for success and error messages.
