this is draft proof of concept, not meant to be merged as is, testing with the current FLP site.
use case is, i have a carefully hand-optimized
.jpgimage that is177kband believe it or not, whennext/imagegets done optimizing it on vercel, it serves a432kbimage instead. i probably need to raise an issue with them for this, but this little escape hatch might be nice in general, although should have a better implementation, which is why this is just a WIP/draft for now at least.
