@tiegz I left this PR too long and a lot changed in v1.0. This should be an identical fix but GH won't let me merge with out fiddling. |

WHAT
Kumquat.logger, instead of initializing it on boot.WHY
Some server types might not need the logger. This reduces the file handles that are open in those cases.
