Description:
Kie-ci Sync CI is creating branches with names containing timestamps, which is not ideal - we have to have the same branches across drools, runtimes, apps, examples so that the build-chain is run with the PR ensemble.

Runtimes - branch - main-sync-20251102-024326
Apps - branch - main-sync-20251102-024339
Tested locally 🟢
