… members The Dev/Analyst/Design custom fields are ClickUp assignee/maintenance fields (e.g. the current task assignee), not the original development team. They were being flattened into project page members, so people appeared on projects they never worked on. Only the KDL staff field (the original team, with granular roles) is now exposed.

This looks like a lot of changes but it is just a 20 line deletion in the logic.
Maybe we want to tell affected people who are still around to double-check the data changes? I already tagged @geoffroy-noel-ddh in a chat conversation where this problem was a topic.
