Guided tour

This PR introduces a guided tour for the Simulator:

• Tour guide overlay with information of highlighted component/area with navigation buttons
• Can jump between sections in a large tour area (3D Simulator)
• Current guided tours include 3D Simulator and Classrooms
• Some steps in tour requires user to click on highlighted portion to continue tour
• Uses Firebase database to keep track of tour completion status and metadata
• Tour is able to be taken at any time and any number of times
• Future implementation will include version updates so that if the guided tour content updates, the user will be notified upon login that there's something new
