Complete python interface and more examples

This release includes a complete python interface to pymecsim. More useful examples are included in the notebooks.
This should be considered as the primary public version of the software.

Initial release

pymecsim is a python wrapper for the electrochemistry simulator MECSIM. pymecsim can be used to simulate various electrochemical reaction mechanism under various voltage loads. The current version contains code that allows user to perform simulations in python with simple examples.
