fix: typographical errors

Description:

This pull request addresses minor typographical errors and enhances code consistency across the project:

1. Typographical Fixes:

   • Corrected the spelling of "desctructed" to "destructed" in src/prover-input/input.go.

2. Code Consistency:

   • Ensured consistent formatting and alignment in src/config.go and src/config_test.go.
   • Adjusted the description alignment for IncludeExtensions in src/config.go.
   • Updated the flag description for --generator-includeextensions in src/config_test.go for better clarity.

These changes improve the readability and maintainability of the codebase.
