Implement additional chart custom settings

Summary

This PR implements additional custom settings for the chart, there by enhancing the flexibility of the chart style.

Changes Made

1. added full candle styling

2. added full x and y axis pane styling

3. added crosshair styling

4. added figures and overlays general styling

Usage Example
Click on settings at the tap bar of the UI to set try it out

Benefits

People can now customize the chart by clicking a few buttons and sliders to have a beautiful and professional looking chart

Testing

✅ TypeScript compilation successful
✅ Build passes (ES and UMD modules)
✅ Type definitions generated correctly
✅ Manual testing carried out on sample project
✅ No breaking changes to existing API

None. This is a non-breaking additive change.
