3) 本项目不属于荐股软件，不属于投资咨询软件，不属于智能交易决策软件；
4) 历史回测结果、指标结果、信号图表、策略参数均不代表未来收益，不得作为实盘交易依据；

六、开发者责任免除
1) 开发者不具备证券投资咨询业务资质，不对外开展证券投资咨询活动，不提供任何形式的投资建议；

3) 因本项目产生的争议，适用中华人民共和国法律；
