This adds touch swipe support for navigating the calendar on mobile devices.
Swiping left/right moves to the next/previous week (or appropriate range in other views). I tried to make it feel native - there's a rubber-band effect as you drag, little arrows that fade in at the screen edges to show which way you're going, and a smooth slide animation when the view changes. If you don't swipe far enough it just snaps back.
It won't interfere with existing interactions - swipes starting on events, buttons, dialogs etc are ignored, and if you start scrolling vertically it cancels the gesture.
Tested on Android Firefox & Chromium.
