Retro: PR #199 — Automated dependency bump (go-colorable v0.1.14 → v0.1.15)

This was a routine MintMaker/Renovate dependency bump PR. The review agent correctly identified it as trivial, approved it in ~6 minutes, and labeled it ready-for-merge. The PR was later autoclosed by the bot (likely superseded). All CI checks passed.

• Fast-path review for dependency bumps — The 6-minute review time could be reduced for trivial bot PRs. Tracked in #1358, #2639, and #2842.
• Auto-merge for approved bot PRs — The PR sat approved and ready-for-merge for 9 days before being autoclosed. Partially tracked via #1424 and #2866.

No new proposals — all identified improvements are already covered by existing open issues.
