Implemented missing test cases for Glg.DisableLevelTimestamp in glg_test.go. The new tests verify that invoking DisableLevelTimestamp correctly sets the internal disableTimestamp flag to true for the specified log level, without affecting other levels or global settings. Used a table-driven approach consistent with other tests in the file. Validated that the tests pass and the code compiles correctly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 225859268001344697 started by @kpango

This commit implements the missing test cases for the `Glg.DisableLevelTimestamp` method in `glg_test.go`. It replaces the empty TODO placeholder with a table-driven test that verifies the method correctly sets the `disableTimestamp` flag for specific log levels (INFO, WARN, ERR). The test uses `New()` to create instances and inspects the internal state to ensure correctness.
