This release formally seals the shamir library as a reference-grade
implementation of Shamir Secret Sharing.
The public API, failure semantics, and cryptographic behavior are now
contractually defined and stable.
No feature growth or behavioral changes are planned outside of deliberate
major version increments.
This release establishes shamir as a canonical cryptographic primitive
within the krunixbase ecosystem.
