Model Registry Content Description changes

Description

The MR content and descriptions are updated to improve model registry's clarity and providing more comprehensive information for users. Key Changes include:

• "Register model" form description: Changed from "Create a new model and register a first version of the new model" to "Create and register the first version of a new model."
• Model details" section description: Changed from "Provide general details that apply to all versions of this model." to "Provide model details that apply to every version of this model."
• "Version details" section description: Changed from "Configure details for the first version of this model." to "Provide version details that apply to only this model version."
• Last modified at / Created at: Shortened to "Last modified" and "Created." in version details and Model overview tab.

How Has This Been Tested?

A manual check by navigating to the website to validate that the changes are correctly displayed.

Merge criteria:

• All the commits have been signed-off (To pass the DCO check)

• The commits have meaningful messages
• Automated tests are provided as part of the PR for major new functionalities; testing instructions have been added in the PR body (for PRs involving changes that are not immediately obvious).
• The developer has manually tested the changes and verified that the changes work.
• Code changes follow the kubeflow contribution guidelines.
• For first time contributors: Please reach out to the Reviewers to ensure all tests are being run, ensuring the label ok-to-test has been added to the PR.

If you have UI changes

• The developer has added tests or explained why testing cannot be added.
• Included any necessary screenshots or gifs if it was a UI change.
• Verify that UI/UX changes conform the UX guidelines for Kubeflow.
