Code Review
This pull request correctly renames the v2 Helm chart to kube-ovn-v2 in its Chart.yaml, aligning the chart's metadata with its directory name. My review suggests adding the appVersion field to the chart's metadata, which is a Helm best practice for maintainability. It would also be beneficial to fill out the pull request description for context.

The chart name update is correct. However, the Chart.yaml is missing the appVersion field. Helm best practices recommend including appVersion to specify the version of the application being deployed.
Based on the image tags in values.yaml (e.g., v1.14.0), you should consider adding appVersion: "1.14.0" to this file. This will also enable the app.kubernetes.io/version label on your resources, as defined in _helpers.tpl, which is another best practice.
