Cherry-pick of #1102 to release-4.13.

What this PR does:

  • Fix node DaemonSet dnsPolicy to use node.dnsPolicy instead of controller.dnsPolicy
  • Fix storageclass annotations indentation so they render correctly when storageClass.annotations is set
