Replace deprecated GetEventRecorderFor with GetEventRecorder and migrate the Recorder field from record.EventRecorder to events.EventRecorder to resolve staticcheck SA1019 lint failures.
CAPI's record.InitFromRecorder still requires the old record.EventRecorder type, forcing us to call the deprecated GetEventRecorderFor. Add a temporary lint exclusion until CAPI migrates to the new events API.
