The "Node $node: using maxNodeStartupTime = 15m0s" message was logged at V(1) inside updateReadinessStats, which runs every ~10 seconds. This caused all nodes to be logged repeatedly in a tight loop even at low verbosity, flooding logs with noise. Raise to V(4) so it only appears during verbose debug sessions.
