Node log query is still in beta.

Sorry I should have been more clear. Node log query needs to be removed from the report as it went to beta in 2024.

This is a good call out @BenTheElder. The problem within sig-windows is not with OWNERS but lack of help outside of the list of OWNERS. I think what is happening with the question is the focus is going to towards the OWNERS file and nothing else.
I know I am transitioning away from sig-windows but @zylxjtu we should follow up on @BenTheElder comment add some verbiage on the areas where we need help.

Yeah, OWNERS is just an example suggestion, but the question is meant to be completely general: Where does the SIG need help? This is meant to be an opportunity to increase visibility on e.g. staffing gaps beyond just active approvers.
