totally naive question, what will be the renaming order? I can see in this PR repos and all things keep using the wg prefix, do we rename later in a follow up or can we do both things at the same time here?

totally naive question, what will be the renaming order? I can see in this PR repos and all things keep using the wg prefix, do we rename later in a follow up or can we do both things at the same time here?

@aojea see my comment. We can do that in a single PR, but for readability it's best to have 2 distinct commits, each representing 1. archival, 2. new subproject.

We should probably move the existing wg-ai-conformance folder to archive folder similar to what's done for WG Serving #8848
