Updates the generate script with the following changes:

  • cloud-controller-manager first in list (to generate the least amount of changes per the current images.yaml format)
  • automatically replace the images.yaml file (because it is unintuitive that it only prints the new images)

Also run the script and updated the images so that the new releases of the CSI provider like v1.23.x are available for consumption.

  • Removed manually some v999 images that appeared (see latest commit vs first) as they seemed out of place.

I'm waiting for a kubernetes member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
