gomod: bump tablewriter from 1.1.3 to 1.1.4

Bumps github.com/olekukonko/tablewriter from v1.1.3 to v1.1.4 (released 2026-03-12).

No breaking changes in the APIs used by minikube (NewWriter, Header, Options, Append, Bulk, Render).

Fixes #20879.
