Fix spyglass link generation for batch jobs

Changes:

Updated triage/render.js to preserve numeric path segments when the PR type is 'batch', preventing incorrect replacements.

Added a logic test in triage/script_test.js to ensure batch job paths with numbers are handled correctly.

Verified:

• Ran script_test.js locally, and all 20 tests passed.
