Description

This commit adds the Persian/Farsi language to the docs.

  • Adds Persian as a dropdown option
  • Translates the entire main page
  • Translates the most important parts of the i8 file
  • Adds a structure for essential pages that need to be translated next
  • Takes a stab at the README.md in the Farsi folder for next contributors

  • it meets minimum requirements for launching a new localization
  • the main branch has at least MVP support for right-to-left writing systems

Yes, some of the pages are in English since I'm trying to have the barebone version of the website available for anyone else who is interested to join in and start to translate. I find it easier if you don't have to worry about how Hugo works and just translate sentences.

@lmktfy this was a huge help, somehow I missed it before :D I'll try to rebase my PR to meet that , and I will get rid of English pages that I put there as placeholder for links to work!
