Description

Translated the full English content of en/docs/contribute/review/for-approvers.md to Hindi including:

• PR review process for approvers and reviewers
• Prow commands table
• Issue triage and categorization
• Issue lifecycle labels
• Special issue type handling (duplicates, dead links, blog issues, support requests)
• Squashing guidelines

Technical terms, code blocks, URLs, and Hugo shortcodes are kept unchanged per localization guidelines.
