Summary

Switches to the centralized image scanning workflow from kubestellar/infra.

Benefits

• Consistent Trivy configuration across all repos
• Centralized updates to scanning tools/versions
• Reduced maintenance overhead

Changes

• Replaced inline image scanning with call to reusable-image-scanning.yml
