Removed the WorkflowStepDefinition CRD from the vela-workflow Helm chart to streamline CRD ownership and avoid duplicate installs.

  • Migration
    • If you use WorkflowStepDefinition, ensure the CRD is installed by the core chart (or another source) before upgrading.
