Add Kube-DC logo to adopters page

This PR adds the Kube-DC logo to the adopters page.

• Added KubeDC.png logo to assets/images/adopters/
• Ran _data/adopters.py script to update adopters.yml
• Kube-DC is already listed in kubevirt/kubevirt ADOPTERS.md (merged in a previous PR)
