Partial duplicate of #5123.
This does the minimum to have
shortNames instead of resource paths in the resources module to shorten the URLs.In #5123 we do a little more to also cover legacy resources that don't have a
kriand noshortName, but I think for now we don't need this because we don't support legacy resources in the resources module.
