Moved unit tests to src/test/java folder. This is the standard folder for tests under maven and will mean they are automatically detected and run by maven and will appear automatically in eclipse.
Most of the tests seem to either by incomplete or have compile errors however. This will need some cleaning up at some point or it will prevent maven builds unless the test phase is skipped.
