2017.1rc1

We are approaching the first stable release (2017.1 - bethania) date. Here is our first release candidate, and we hope to turn this into the final release unchanged soon. Do not use this release to upgrade your production systems.

This release is a public pre-release leading up to the next python-openflow major release. Pre-releases are a snapshot of our work in progress.

Thanks to some community feedback we fixed some important critical issues since our last beta3 pre-release.
