feat: Added function to check for mounted filesystems

Periodically check that it is mounted with the mountpoint command.
In this case, when probeMonitor checked that mountpoint_dir was not mounted above a certain threshold,
probeMonitor report the problem through the reporter. (LogReporter makes it easy to see)
