Custom Layouts

Minerva Story has the flexibility to allow you to display multiple images in one story. This can be a powerful tool for linking related images in a datasets (e.g. pre-treatment and post-treatment biopsies from a patient, tissue sections from different z-planes of a volumetric sample, images from multiple figures of one publication, etc.). See below for instructions on arranging multiple images in a grid layout.

Grid Layout

In your configuration YAML file, add a list of images under the Images key.

Then, change the value for the Grid key under Layout to reflect the number of rows, columns, and position of each image in the grid.
