This repository holds two ImageJ macro scripts, used for whole-mount lightsheet image quantification.
The epidermis_vs_mesenchyme_on_axin.ijm script quantifies Axin2 expression in the epidermis and mesenchyme of CHIR-treated and control axolotl blastemas.
The segmenting_cropped_chir.ijm script quantifies Fgf8 and Axin2 expression in CHIR-treated, IWR-treated and control axolotl blastemas.
