Issue with ChatGPT-4 - enter key

• it seems like this is a new issue caused by a potential update of ChatGPT-4 UI (it still works with 3.5)
• whenever pressing enter key the document upload pop-up is always triggered rather than the submit event of the textarea, so the text it's not submitted
• it still works well if clicked on the 'Send message' button instead of pressing the enter key
• moreover, if a document has been uploaded to be sent to ChatGPT along a written message, if pressed the enter key it will delete the uploaded document and send only the written message
