Update source tarball to v22.0.0, point the bottle at the v22.0.0 tap release, and bump the build toolchain to 1.91 to match ethrex's rust-toolchain.toml.

Bump the formula to ethrex v22.0.0:
v22.0.0+ sha256.ethrex-l2-macos-aarch64release binary (smoke-tested:ethrex/v22.0.0-HEAD-aa6c5f04…), attached to the v22.0.0 tap release.1.90→1.91to match ethrex'srust-toolchain.toml(source installs would otherwise use a stale toolchain).Note: the tap skipped v21.0.0, so this bump is v20.0.0 → v22.0.0.
