Since process_heap_bytes not really supported by the crate, removed it from the README. On a first casual read I got the impression that this metric was supported. It's probably better to track it as an issue if there are plans to support it in the future.

Summary by CodeRabbit

  • Documentation
    • Updated the supported metrics list in the README to reflect current availability.
    • Removed the process_heap_bytes metric from the documented metrics table.
    • Confirmed that all other listed metrics and their platform support remain unchanged.

Poem

I nibble notes on pages bright,
A metric hops right out of sight—
No heap to heap, no bytes to weigh,
The README trims its leafy sway.
Thump-thump! I stamp in tidy cheer,
Lean carrots, lean docs, crystal-clear. 🥕

I’m sorry, but I’d like to keep that. We are not planning to support it, but since the entry is listed on the process metrics page, I think we should clarify that we do not support it.

I think it's clear enough.
