The build pipeline automatically adds the language prefix, so including /python/ in links caused doubled paths like /oss/python/python/langchain/models.

This PR adds documentation for the Crusoe AI chat model integration with LangChain. Crusoe provides managed inference through an OpenAI-compatible API, serving high-performance open-source and proprietary models on renewable-powered GPU infrastructure.
