❌ Removed pages require redirects

This PR removes pages from docs.json without adding corresponding redirects. When pages are removed from the navigation, existing links and bookmarks will break unless redirects are added.

 The following pages were removed from docs.json without adding redirects:
  - langsmith/langsmith-fetch
  - langsmith/langsmith-mcp-server

Please add a redirect for each removed page to the `redirects` array in docs.json.
Example: {"source": "/path/to/removed-page", "destination": "/path/to/new-location"}
Add these to the `redirects` array in src/docs.json.

this lgtm with suggestions as a setup guide. We should open a docs issue to include longer form examples for each of these pages to differentiate from the repo READMEs. We have more space in docs to provide more guidance for users.
